Position Overview: Cabin Crew
flydubai is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join its cabin crew team. As a cabin crew member, you will be responsible for maintaining passenger safety, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring a consistent and enjoyable inflight experience across diverse routes and customer profiles.
Key Responsibilities
Passenger Safety and Service
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers throughout all phases of flight
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct
- Respond effectively to onboard emergencies and safety procedures
Inflight Experience Delivery
- Provide a consistent, high-quality inflight service
- Represent flydubai’s brand and values at all times
- Assist passengers with needs in a courteous and efficient manner
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt to different schedules, destinations, and operational requirements
- Maintain professionalism under pressure and during long working hours
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Minimum height of 158 cm (as per safety regulations)
- Well-groomed appearance in line with company standards
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Valid passport
- Medically fit and able to pass an aero-medical examination
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident in water while wearing a flotation device
- Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Safety-conscious with the ability to handle emergencies calmly
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE
- High school diploma (mandatory)
- Previous experience in customer service (aviation, hospitality, or retail preferred)
- International aviation experience is an added advantage
Training Bond
- USD 2,650 (approximately AED 9,700) applicable for the first year
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance: AED 8,275 per month
- Average monthly flying pay: AED 4,500 (based on approximately 90 flying hours)
