First Consult invites qualified and motivated young graduates to apply for its Young Professionals Development Program (YPDP) — a one-year structured development initiative aimed at building future professionals through hands-on work experience, mentorship, training, and career development opportunities.
Position: Young Professionals Development Program (YPDP)
The YPDP is designed for recent graduates who are eager to gain practical experience, strengthen professional skills, and explore career pathways in economic development and consulting.
Qualification & Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Must be a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) from an accredited university
- Must have passed the Ethiopian National Exit Examination
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Internship or prior professional exposure is an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support ongoing projects under the guidance of senior consultants and mentors
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance technical, managerial, and leadership skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and fellow young professionals
- Engage in networking events and professional development activities
- Contribute to research, analysis, and project implementation tasks
- Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Engage in critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning
- Participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions
