Position: Events Coordinator
Are you a proactive marketer with an eye for brand activations and event management? Join our team as an Events Coordinator and help shape memorable experiences across Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Management & Activation

Execute event initiatives in line with marketing strategies

Develop and implement impactful event strategies to drive brand engagement

Ensure quality and consistency in event execution

Monitor market and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions

Collaborate across teams to create top-tier activations
2. Marketing & Communication Support

Support trade and consumer advertising strategy development
-
Coordinate ATL/BTL/TTL campaigns across PR, digital, promotions, and POS
-
Work with agencies and suppliers to maintain brand integrity
3. Partnerships & Sponsorships

Act as a liaison for brand ambassadors and external event partners

Evaluate and engage with sponsorship proposals aligned with brand goals

Explore and build new partnerships for brand growth
What You Need to Succeed

Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related business field
-
Experience: 2+ years in branding, marketing, or event coordination (FMCG background is an advantage)
-
Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Other: Willingness to travel across regions
