EURO Property Management PLC is a property management company engaged in organized property data collection and management services. The company is currently seeking two contract staff members to support weekly property data-collection activities across Addis Ababa.
The role involves gathering accurate property descriptions and capturing high-quality images in line with company standards and assigned directions.
Position: Data Collectors
Key Responsibilities
- Collect accurate and detailed property descriptions
- Capture high-quality property images according to required standards
- Travel to various property locations across Addis Ababa
- Submit weekly outputs based on assigned instructions and timelines
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be based in Addis Ababa and able to move efficiently across the city
- Must have strong mobility capability (reliable access to transportation and ability to reach multiple locations without losing time on the road)
- Must own a high-quality device (smartphone or camera) capable of producing professional property images
- Must have good English speaking and writing skills for clear communication and accurate description entry
- Must be fast, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Must deliver weekly outputs according to assigned instructions and timelines
