Position: Graduate Product Advocacy & Sales Associate

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:

• Marketing
• Business Administration
• Sales
• Communication
• Public Relations
• Economics
• Management
• Related fields

Experience

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous work experience is not required.

Required Skills and Competencies

Applicants should have:

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in sales, customer engagement, and product promotion.
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate product information.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages:
  • Amharic
  • Afaan Oromo
  • Somali
  • Tigrigna

Key Responsibilities

The Graduate Product Advocacy & Sales Associate will support:

• Product promotion and customer engagement activities.
• Advocacy campaigns for EthSwitch products and services.
• Sales and outreach activities.
• Communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Field-based promotional activities.
