Position 1: Junior Data Encoder
Qualifications
BA/BSc Degree or Diploma in any relevant field

Key Responsibilities
Input and update data into internal systems and databases
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of entered data
Verify and cross-check information to prevent discrepancies
Follow company data entry procedures and data protection regulations
Perform regular data backups and quality checks
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues
Generate reports and summaries as required by management

Position 2: Junior AMU Officer
Qualifications
BA/BSc Degree or Diploma in any relevant field

Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate operational plans for air mobility of goods and parcels
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
Execute air and land inventory plans and monitor inventory sheets
Prepare exchange lists of air and land messages based on efficiency and cost
Monitor proper handling of consignments and respond to international inquiries

Position 3: Junior Operations Officer
Qualifications
BA/BSc Degree or Diploma in any relevant field

Key Responsibilities
Support sorting, processing, and routing of mail and packages
Implement efficient mail handling procedures
Monitor mail processing equipment and troubleshoot operational issues
Coordinate distribution of mail to appropriate recipients
Handle delivery discrepancies and resolve operational challenges promptly
