Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Call Center Officer
Qualifications:
- Degree in:
- Marketing Management
- Economics
- Management
- Business Administration
- Secretarial Science
- Office Management or related fields
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates can apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information about services and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Communicate via phone, email, chat, and social platforms
- Meet performance targets (customer satisfaction, call resolution)
- Participate in training and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security
- Support upselling and cross-selling activities
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors
Position 2: Motorist
Qualifications:
- College Diploma + TVET Level IV (0 years experience), OR
- TVET Level III (2 years experience), OR
- TVET Level II (4 years experience), OR
- Secondary education + 4 years experience, OR
- TVET Level II + 2 years experience as a motorist
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain motorbike in good working condition
- Check schedules and prepare for daily assignments
- Handle loading and unloading of materials
- Monitor fuel usage and maintain records
- Report accidents, breakdowns, or theft immediately
- Follow traffic and safety regulations
- Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of the vehicle
- Maintain log sheets and operational records
