Position: Site Supervisor (Fresh Graduates)
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in COTM Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring productivity and quality standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facilities and infrastructure.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks, repairs, and projects to minimize downtime.
- Conduct site inspections to identify hazards, maintenance needs, and areas of improvement.
- Oversee on-site renovation and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Manage multiple project sites, monitor timelines, and enforce deadlines.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and procurement of materials.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
- Enforce health and safety regulations at all project sites.
- Travel to various branches for supervision and assessment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
