JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Ethiopost is Ethiopia’s principal postal service provider, with over 600 branches across the country. Ethiopost’s new vision is to be a global leader in postal services and a preferred partner in logistics, financial and government services.Ethiopost is a state-owned enterprise (SOE) tasked with the establishment and expansion of postal services in the country. It is the designated postal operator (DPO) that provides postal services throughout the Ethiopian territory in order to fulfill the government’s universal service obligation (USO).
Position 1: Marketing Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a commercial or service-oriented organization.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Brand Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or communication roles, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, marketing software, and digital platforms.

Position 3: Communication Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in communication, public relations, or marketing, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation and digital communication tools.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Marketing Executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service-oriented or commercial organization.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including digital marketing and analytics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
