KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing employees, improving customer relationships, and supporting business growth.
Key duties include:
- Supervise, support, and motivate employees to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor sales team performance and provide training, guidance, and support.
- Develop strategic sales plans to increase revenue, customer loyalty, and market awareness.
- Conduct customer surveys and use feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Visit potential customers to promote the organization’s products and services.
- Demonstrate products and educate customers about available services.
- Provide after-sales support and respond professionally to customer needs.

- Prepare monthly and annual sales performance reports.
