AVAILABLE POSITIONS & REQUIREMENTS
POSITION 1: MARKET RESEARCH SUPERVISOR
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support market research analysts to enhance team performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify research needs and develop research plans
- Determine appropriate research methodologies and data sources for projects
- Oversee data collection activities including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data mining
- Analyze research data using statistical and market research tools
- Interpret market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for business growth
- Prepare comprehensive and visually engaging market research reports
- Integrate market insights into marketing, product development, and sales strategies
Location: Addis Ababa
POSITION 2: ACCOUNT PAYABLE SUPERVISOR
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance with company policies
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues promptly
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and respond to queries effectively
- Negotiate favorable payment terms to optimize cash flow
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports for management
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and procurement teams
- Supervise and mentor accounts payable staff to support professional development
