Position 1: Call Center Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support call center staff, providing coaching and training.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Monitor performance, KPIs, and handle escalated customer issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize call center efficiency.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, wait times, and team performance.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and staff to foster trust and reliability.
- Schedule ongoing training and development programs for agents.
Position 2: Senior Graphic Designer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Graphic design certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and corporate communications (brochures, posters, flyers, banners, presentations).
- Ensure all visual content aligns with Ethiopost’s brand identity.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing.
- Manage all aspects of photography and videography for promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain and update Ethiopost’s digital platforms (website, e-commerce site, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to produce engaging content and promotional materials.
- Contribute to creative strategy and planning for internal and external communications.
