Position: IT Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related IT fields from a recognized university with a minimum of 1 year of experience,
OR - College Diploma / Level IV Certificate (10+3) in Computer Maintenance, Networking, or Information Technology with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Age Requirement:
- 18 to 35 years old
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily IT operations, troubleshooting system and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and data backups.
- Maintain hotel hardware and software systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Provide technical assistance to departments and staff.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and recommend system upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to IT security and data protection standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with system installation, configuration, and support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.
