About Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise
Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise (ESLSE) was established through the merger of four major enterprises operating in the maritime and logistics sector: Ethiopian Shipping Lines Share Company, Ethiopian Maritime and Transit Service Enterprise, Dry Port Enterprise, and the former Comet Transport Share Company.
The Enterprise was created to strengthen Ethiopia’s shipping, maritime transport, dry port, and logistics services. One of its founding organizations, Ethiopian Shipping Lines Share Company, was established on March 1, 1956 E.C., with an initial capital of ETB 50,000.
ESLSE is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to join its maritime and vessel operations team.
Position 1: 2nd Cook
Educational Qualification
Level IV and COC in:
- Food Preparation and Beverage Service
- Food Production Supervision
- Related fields
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook.

Duty Station:

Position 2: Mess Man
Educational Qualification
Level IV and COC in:
- Food and Beverage Service
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter.
Salary & Benefits

Work Place:
Vessel, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Laundry Man
Educational Qualification
Level IV and COC in:
- Housekeeping and Laundry Operation
- Front Office Supervision
- Related fields
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Laundryman.

Work Place:
Vessel, Addis Ababa
Mandatory Application Requirements
Applicants must:
- Submit a Grade 8 Ministry Card.
- Provide accurate personal and professional information.
- Selected candidates must submit a Medical Examination Fit/Unfit Report issued by a medical examiner authorized by the Ethiopian Maritime Authority (EMA) for seafarers.
