1. Personal Assistant
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have one of the following qualifications:
- BA Degree in any Social Science field of study.
- Diploma or Level IV Certificate in a Social Science field of study.
Work Experience
- BA Degree holders: No prior work experience required.
- Diploma or Level IV Certificate holders: At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, in Secretarial Services, or in Office Management.
Other Requirements
- Commitment and willingness to work with persons with disabilities.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of both Amharic and English.
- Knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
Monthly Salary: ETB 13,023–14,995.
Allowances:
- House Allowance: ETB 6,050 per month.
- Transport Allowance: ETB 4,000 per month.
Duty Station: EHRC Head Office.
2. Cleaner
Educational Qualification
- Completion of Grade 8.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Other Required Skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Amharic.
- Ability to uphold the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission’s core values.
Monthly Salary: ETB 7,200–8,592.
Allowances:
- House Allowance: ETB 6,050 per month.
- Transport Allowance: ETB 4,000 per month.
Duty Station: EHRC Head Office.
