Available Job Positions
1. Strategic Sourcing Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates with 0 years of related experience are encouraged to apply. International company experience is an added advantage.
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Purchaser
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supply Management or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience.
Number of Positions: 6
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Compliance Officer / Accountant
Education: BSc/BA in Civil Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience. International company experience is an added advantage.
Location: Addis Ababa
4. Senior Procurement Officer – Construction Batching Plant
Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Procurement & Supply Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5–6 years of relevant procurement experience, including at least 3 years in construction, batching plant, ready-mix concrete, or a related industrial environment.
Location: Addis Ababa
5. Site Manager – Infrastructure Projects
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant infrastructure construction experience, including significant site management experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience leading construction teams on infrastructure projects
- Experience with roads, bridges, water and drainage works, utilities, or major infrastructure projects
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site resources
