The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority is an autonomous federal regulatory body established under the Capital Market Proclamation No. 1248/2021. ECMA’s mission is to regulate and develop a secure, efficient, and transparent capital market in Ethiopia. It is empowered to issue licenses for various capital market functions including securities exchanges, derivatives, clearing companies, and related services.

Position 1: Cashier

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Level 3 in Accounting or a related field from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Position 2: Senior Procurement Officer II

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply and Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with e-GP (electronic Government Procurement) is an asset

• Procurement and regulatory compliance expertise
• Advanced planning and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
