Position 1: Trainee Pilot

Educational Qualification:
BSc Degree in any of the following fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75:
Electrical, Electronics, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical, Computer, Software, Electronics & Communication, Hardware Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Information Science, or any other Engineering/IT-related fields from a recognized Ethiopian university.
OR
✅ BSc/BA in any other field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 AND
a minimum of grade ‘B’ in Grade 10 EGSECE in Math, Physics & English or 50% score in EUEE in the same subjects.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 18–25 years old (inclusive)
• Height:
  • Male: Minimum 1.70 meters
  • Female: Minimum 1.65 meters

Position 2: Trainee Cabin Crew

Educational Qualification:
Ethiopian University Entrance Exam Certificate (EUEEC) with a minimum of 200 points.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 21–30 years old (inclusive)
• Height:
  • Female: Minimum 1.58 meters and 212 cm arm reach
  • Male: Minimum 1.70 meters
• Weight: Proportional to height
• Language: English fluency required (Level III); other languages are a plus

Position 3: School of Marketing (SOM) Trainee

Educational Qualification:
Completion of Ethiopian University Entrance Exam with a minimum score of 300.

Age Requirement:

• 18–25 years old (inclusive)

• 8th Grade Ministry Card & Birth Certificate (City Administration only)
• Grade 10 & 12 Certificates
• Latest Educational Credentials (BA/BSc)
• Kebele ID (front and back)
• One Passport-size Photograph
