Position: Part-Time Agents (Arabic & French Speakers)
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 2nd year complete or Diploma (preferably in Business, Social Science, IT, or related fields).
- Experience in Customer Service, Teaching, Secretary, Public Relations, Reception, or similar roles.
- Must be able to speak Arabic or French fluently.
- Applicants can be full-time employees or regular College/University students.
- English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is desirable.
- Age Limit: 20 – 35 years inclusive.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers and customers with inquiries and services at the airline office.
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks in support of Ethiopian Airlines operations.
- Communicate effectively in Arabic, French, and English with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support daily operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.
