Position: Department Head – Graduate Studies
Ethiopian Airlines is seeking highly qualified academic professionals to lead and manage graduate studies programs. The role involves overseeing academic programs, coordinating faculty and research activities, and ensuring high standards of education and training within the organization.
Qualification Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Ph.D. or other terminal degree in a relevant field such as:
Engineering
Computer Science
Aviation Management
Aerospace Operations
Business Administration
The degree must be earned through a full-time program at an accredited institution.
Minimum 4 years of higher education teaching experience
At least 2 years of management experience in an academic or institutional setting
Additional Requirements
Diploma or additional certification in aviation-related training is considered an advantage.
Language Requirement:
Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian Airlines working language English is mandatory.
