Position: Dean – School of Aerospace Management & Operations

The Dean will be responsible for leading and managing the School of Aerospace Management & Operations, ensuring academic excellence, professional training, and strategic development of aviation management programs.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must have one of the following:

• Ph.D. or other terminal degree in a relevant field such as:

• Aviation Management
• Aerospace Operations
• Business Administration (with aviation focus)
• Related field of study

OR

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position such as Head of Department or equivalent role.

Additional Requirement

Diploma or higher qualification in aviation-related training is an added advantage.

Language Requirement

• Strong knowledge of English (the working language of Ethiopian Airlines) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable.
