Position: Manager – Group Fuel Procurement & Management
Qualification and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
Option 1 – Bachelor’s Degree
- BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Petroleum, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in an equivalent capacity.
- Experience in aviation fuel procurement, petroleum/fuel supply, contract management, aviation fuel or petroleum operations, or related areas.
Option 2 – Master’s Degree
- MA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Petroleum, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in an equivalent capacity.
- Experience in aviation fuel procurement, petroleum/fuel supply, contract management, aviation fuel or petroleum operations, or related areas.
Advantageous Experience
Experience in the following areas is an advantage:
- Aviation fuel
- Petroleum or energy procurement
- Commodity trading
- Contract negotiation
- Supplier management
- Physical fuel logistics
Language Requirement
- English is mandatory, as it is the working language of Ethiopian Airlines.
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable.
