POSITION: IT Deployment Specialist
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–1 year of hands-on experience in Windows desktop/laptop deployment; high-volume experience is an advantage
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- Windows 10/11 Pro installation, re-imaging, and troubleshooting
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Microsoft 365 administration (Office, OneDrive, Teams, licensing)
- BitLocker, MFA, printer/driver installation
- Basic networking (DNS, network printers)
- Proven ability to perform 5+ deployments per day accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and 100% checklist compliance
- Strong documentation skills (Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English and Amharic (written & spoken)

- Highly process-driven and organized
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude during device deployment
