AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Position 1: Sales Promoter
(Telebirr, E-Commerce & Merchant Management)
Qualification
- TVET / Level III or IV / Diploma / BA Degree in:
- Marketing
- Business Management
- Sales
- Business Administration
- Or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or marketing (preferred)
Required Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English and Amharic (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of basic marketing techniques
- Understanding of Ethio telecom products and services
- Knowledge of additional international languages is an advantage
- Good physical appearance is advantageous
Requirements
- Gender: Both Male and Female
- Age: Not more than 30 years old

Position 2: Assistant Field Operation Technician
(Fixed Network Operation & Maintenance)
Qualification
- College Diploma / 10+3 / Level III or IV in:
- Electrical / Electronic Technology
- Building Electrical Installation
- Mechatronics
- Instrumentation & Control
- Industrial Electrical Technology
- Hardware & Networking
- Telecom Network Installation & Maintenance
- Optical / Broadband Network Operation
- Mobile & Wireless Network Maintenance
- Or related technical fields
Experience
- Experience not required
- COC certification is preferred

Sales Promoter
- Promote telebirr and digital services
- Register and manage merchants
- Engage customers and explain services
- Achieve sales and registration targets
Assistant Field Operation Technician
- Support telecom network installation and maintenance
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
- Ensure proper functioning of telecom systems
- Perform field operations and maintenance tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Technical understanding (for technician role)
