Position: Personal Assistant(Wireless Service Operation Center)
Qualification: College Diploma, 10+3, Level III or IV in Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations, Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations Coordination or Secretarial Science and Office Management With at least 2 years experience as Administrative Assistant, Archives Clerk, Customer Profile Management Clerk or Secretary. N.B.COC is Preferable

- Is the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
- Screens telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handles them when appropriate.
- Organizes, maintains diaries and makes appointments.
- Performs all administrative tasks. Organizes meetings.
- Arranges travel and accommodation.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
