JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position : Personal Assistant (Trade Marketing and Brand Management)
Education & Experience : College Diploma, 10+3, Level III or IV in Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations, Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations Coordination or Secretarial Science and Office Management With at least 2 years experience as Administrative Assistant, Archives Clerk, Customer Profile Management Clerk or Secretary.
N.B.COC is Preferable
Professional Competency
➠ Is the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization,
➠ Screens telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handles them when appropriate,
➠ Organizes, maintains diaries and makes appointments, performs all administrative tasks, organizes meetings, arranges travel and accommodation, organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
➠ Transversal Competency Being customer-oriented ,
➠ Ability to listen,
➠ Communication skill (active listening, empathy, emotional intelligence, clarity),
