JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Instructor (Physics / Economics)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
● Master’s degree in Physics or Economics (depending on the role).
● Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with exposure to Western syllabus or an international/multicultural setting.
● Teaching certification or relevant qualifications in the subject.
● Familiarity with NCUK curriculum and foundation programs is a plus.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and digital teaching skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Instruction & Curriculum Delivery
● Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the NCUK curriculum.
● Utilize diverse teaching methods to cater to students’ varied learning needs.
● Assess students through formative and summative assessments, providing feedback for
improvement.
● Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance learning outcomes.
Student Support & Development:
● Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
● Offer academic and personal support to students, monitoring their progress and
communicating with stakeholders as necessary.
Professional Development & Collaboration
● Participate in professional development to stay updated with educational best practices.
● Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and overall
academic improvement.
Extra-Curricular Involvement
● Contribute to the development of extracurricular activities.
● Support school events such as open days, orientations, and parent-teacher meetings.
Compliance & Professionalism:
● Adhere to EISC policies and NCUK standards, ensuring quality assurance
