Position: HR Intern
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about recruitment and HR consulting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment for client organizations
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on client-specific criteria
- Draft and post job advertisements aligned with employer branding
- Coordinate interview logistics (scheduling, reminders, virtual setup)
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers and HR records
- Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation
- Prepare HR reports, candidate summaries, and presentation materials
- Follow up with clients on recruitment progress and feedback
- Track and follow up on recruitment-related invoice payments
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts and digital HR campaign materials
