Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Minimum Requirements:
- BA degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Year of Graduation: 2024 or 2025 G.C.
- Cumulative GPA: 3.00 or above
- Age: 25 years or younger
- Exit Exam Certificate required
- No prior work experience required
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Junior Online Banking Technical Officer
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc degree in Computer Science or other closely related fields
- Year of Graduation: 2024 or 2025 G.C.
- Cumulative GPA: 3.00 or above
- Age: 25 years or younger
- Exit Exam Certificate required
- No prior work experience required
