Position: Customer Service Officer (CSO – II)
This position is an excellent entry point into the banking sector for recent graduates. The role involves delivering front-line banking services, building customer relationships, and promoting deposit mobilization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree: BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
- Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025
- CGPA Requirement:
- Female: 2.50 and above
- Male: 2.75 and above
- Exit Exam: National Exit Exam qualification required
- Experience: Not required (0 years)
- Age Limit: Not specified
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, payments, and collections
- Support deposit mobilization and outreach to potential customers
- Issue accurate transaction receipts and advices
- Balance daily cash and prepare cash position reports
- Uphold high standards of customer service and banking operations
