Available Positions
1. Senior Customer Service Specialist
Qualification and Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of banking experience, including at least 6 months in a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) position.
Place of Work: Tepi
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
2. Branch Manager Grade C
Qualification and Experience:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience in the banking industry.
- OR BA Degree in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience, including 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
Place of Work: Nefas Mewecha, Dessie Buanbua Wuha, and Ginchi
