Available Positions
1. Junior Procurement Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BA in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or other related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months in procurement or related fields, preferably in the banking sector
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
2. Customer Service Specialist (IFB)
Educational Qualification:
- BA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service operations within the banking industry
Place of Work: Dire Dawa IFB Branch
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
3. Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B (IFB)
Educational Qualification:
- BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 3.5 years in banking operations, including at least 1 year as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position
Place of Work: Dire Dawa IFB Branch
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
4. Senior Customer Service Specialist
Educational Qualification:
- BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, or Marketing Management
Experience:
- 1.5 years in banking operations, including at least 6 months as a Customer Service Specialist
Place of Work: Dire Dawa IFB Branch
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
5. Branch Manager Grade C (IFB & Conventional)
Educational Qualification:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience,
OR - BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as Customer Service Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
Places of Work:
- IFB: Dire Dawa, Kombolcha (IFB & Conventional)
- Conventional: Gambella
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
