1. SME Partnership Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA, MBA, or MA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience as Loan Officer I or District Credit Analyst
Salary: As per bank scale
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
2. Property Management Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed 8th or 10th grade
- Motor riding license
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant fields
Salary: As per bank scale
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
3. Branch Manager Grade C
Qualifications & Experience:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years experience
- OR BA in the same fields with 8.5 years experience in the banking industry
- Must include 2 years as Customer Service Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
