POSITION 1: Administrative Assistant
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-office and administrative tasks with efficiency and confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and communications
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Support senior management with secretarial functions
Qualifications:
- Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry
POSITION 2: Branch Manager Grade C
Location: Harar
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branch operations and manage branch-level targets
- Supervise service delivery and client relations
- Coordinate with Head Office for compliance and reporting
- Build strong customer portfolios and staff performance oversight
Qualifications:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management or related fields with 6.5 years of banking experience, OR
- BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of banking experience
- Minimum 2 years in a Customer Services Manager (Grade B) role OR 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator (Grade A)
