Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist

Qualifications & Experience
- BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA:
- Male applicants: 3.00
- Female applicants: 2.75
- No prior experience required.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Exit Exam is mandatory.
This position is suitable for fresh graduates seeking to begin their banking careers.
Position 2: Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B

Qualifications & Experience
- BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in banking operations.
- At least 1 year of experience as Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent.
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Specialist

- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in banking operations.
- At least 6 months of experience in a CSS position.
Position 4: Branch Manager Grade C

Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must have a relevant MA/MBA or BA degree and the required banking experience.
For MA/MBA holders:
- Male candidates: 6.5 years of experience
- Female candidates: 5.5 years of experience
For BA holders:
- Male candidates: 8.5 years of experience
- Female candidates: 7.5 years of experience
Experience must be in the banking industry, including either:
- 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B, or
- 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
Relevant fields include Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and related disciplines.
Position 5: Senior Innovation & Business Research Officer

Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience
- BA/MBA/MA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5.5/3.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant officer position.
Position 6: Senior Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/MA/BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3.5/5.5 years of experience in banking operations.
- At least 2 years of experience as a relevant officer.
