Open Positions:
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications:
- BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Graduates of 2023 & 2024 G.C.
- Cumulative GPA: Minimum 3.00
- Age: 25 or below
- Exit Exam required
Location: Dabat
Position 2: Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
Qualifications:
- BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- 3.5 years of banking experience, including 1+ years in a senior customer service or equivalent role
Location: Dabat
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Specialist
Qualifications:
- BA in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields
- 1.5 years of banking experience, including 6+ months as a CSS
Location: Dabat
Position 4: Driver Mechanic I
Qualifications:
- 8th or 10th Grade Education
- Valid Driving License (Public Level I or Old 3rd Level)
- 2 years of experience in driving & vehicle maintenance
- Strong mechanical skills & communication abilities
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Branch Manager Grade C
Qualifications:
- MA/MBA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or Management with 6.5 years of experience
- OR BA with 8.5 years of experience in banking
- Must include 2 years in Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
