Position 1: Multimedia Officer-II
Qualifications:
- BSc in Business Management, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Science, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work
Key Purpose:
- Design and develop multimedia content and marketing visuals
- Promote the bank’s services, products, and brand across digital platforms
Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 2: Foreclosure Officer-II
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in International Trade, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in debt recovery or related field
Key Purpose:
- Handle foreclosure and write-off cases
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and national laws
Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 3: Manager, Digital Banking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, IT, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking/digital finance, including 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Key Purpose:
- Lead the digital banking strategy across Jimma District branches
- Drive digital product adoption and innovation
Location: Jimma District Office
Position 4: Area Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: 5+ years in banking with at least 3 years in area/branch management roles
Key Purpose:
- Manage branches under the area office
- Oversee performance, mobilization, and customer acquisition
Location: Adama Branch
Position 5: Principal Enterprise Architect
Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Experience: 6 years in IT systems design/development with 1 year at supervisory level
Key Purpose:
- Design and manage scalable technology architecture
- Align IT infrastructure with digital transformation goals
