Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist – IFB (Fresh Graduates)
Location: Addis Ababa
Eligibility Criteria:

Graduated in 2023 or 2024 G.C.

BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related fields
-
Minimum GPA: 3.00
-
Age: ≤ 25

Exit Exam: Required

Experience: Not required
Position 2: Interest Free Banking Financing Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements:
-
BA in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics or related fields
-
3.5 years of experience in relevant roles (1+ years as an IFB Officer preferred)
Position 3: Branch Auditor
Location: Hawassa
Requirements:
-
BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management or related fields
-
3.5 years of experience in internal or external auditing (preferably banking)
Position 4: Senior Interest Free Banking Financing Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements:
-
BA/MBA/MA in related business fields
-
5.5 years (BA) / 3.5 years (MA) experience, with 2+ years in IFB roles
Position 5: Senior Interest Free Banking Operation Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements:
-
BA/MBA/MA in business-related fields
-
5.5/3.5 years’ experience, with 2+ years as an IFB operations officer
Position 6: Branch Manager Grade C
Location: Dire Dawa
Requirements:
-
MA/MBA: 6.5 years experience or
-
BA: 8.5 years experience in banking, including 2 years in customer service manager role (Grade B) or 3 years as branch accounts administrator (Grade A)
