Available Job Positions
1. Junior Customer Service Specialist
Location: Ginir
Qualifications and Experience
- BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA:
- Male: 3.00
- Female: 2.75
- No prior work experience required.
- Exit Exam is mandatory.
- Age: 30 years or below.
2. Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B
Location: Ginir
Qualifications and Experience
- BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- 3.5 years of experience in banking operations.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Customer Service Officer or in an equivalent position.
3. Senior Customer Service Specialist
Location: Ginir
Qualifications and Experience
- BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or a related field.
- 1.5 years of experience in banking operations.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) position.
4. Branch Manager Grade C
Location: Ginir
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have either:
MA/MBA and related master’s degree:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Male candidates: 6.5 years of banking experience.
- Female candidates: 5.5 years of banking experience.
OR BA degree:
- BA in the same or related fields.
- Male candidates: 8.5 years of banking experience.
- Female candidates: 7.5 years of banking experience.
Additional requirement:
- Relevant experience should include either 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
5. Change Management & Partnership Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Experience
- BA in Marketing & Communication, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3.5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred.
6. Senior Change Management & Partnership Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications and Experience
- BA, MBA, or MA in Marketing & Communication, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience requirement:
- 5.5 years for BA holders, or
- 3.5 years for MBA/MA holders.
- Banking industry experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant officer-level position.
