1. Digital Customer Acquisition & FinTech Partnership Officer
Educational Requirements:
- BA degree in:
- Accounting
- Economics
- Management
- Marketing
- Banking
- Insurance
- Other related fields
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3.5 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 1 recent year of experience in a relevant officer position within the banking industry.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
2. Branch Manager – Grade C
Educational Requirements:
Option 1:
- MA/MBA in:
- Banking and Finance
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Management
- Other related fields
Experience Requirements:
- Male candidates: Minimum 6.5 years of experience.
- Female candidates: Minimum 5.5 years of experience.
OR
Option 2:
- BA degree in the above-mentioned fields.
- Male candidates: Minimum 8.5 years of experience.
- Female candidates: Minimum 7.5 years of experience.
Additional Banking Experience:
Candidates must have relevant experience in the banking industry, including either:
- At least 2 years as a Customer Services Manager Grade B, or
- 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale.
