Position: Employer Brand Specialist

The Employer Brand Specialist will be responsible for championing the organization’s employer value proposition and strengthening its reputation as an employer of choice. Based in Addis Ababa, the role focuses on connecting brand strategy with compelling content creation and talent engagement initiatives.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Marketing Management
  • Or related field of study

Work Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Employer Branding
• Proven track record in bridging brand strategy with:
  • Graphic design
  • Multimedia content creation
  • Campaign development

• Strong capability to design innovative employer branding campaigns
• Experience in developing engaging content tailored to targeted talent segments
• Ability to strengthen relationships between brand, employees, and stakeholders

• Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
• Results-oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively
