Job Purpose

As the face of Emirates, you will deliver exceptional inflight service while prioritizing safety and passenger comfort. This role demands confidence, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to think on your feet. You’ll be trained at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai to manage security, safety procedures, and world-class service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers on board
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
• Attend pre-flight briefings and comply with safety checks
• Handle inflight emergencies and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Uphold Emirates’ brand image and values throughout the journey

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Minimum: High school graduate (Grade 12)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Height: Minimum 160 cm; Able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes
• No visible tattoos in uniform
• Physically fit and able to meet UAE employment visa requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude, cultural awareness, and a solution-oriented mindset

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 4,430/month
• Flying Pay: AED 63.75/hour (80–100 hrs avg.)
• Average Total Pay: AED 10,170/month (~USD 2,770)
