Position 1: Property Manager
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in:
- Property Management
- Facilities Management
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Management
- Business Administration
- Related fields
Experience
- Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in property or facilities management.
- Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale physical plants.
- Previous experience in a school institution or educational campus is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee routine and emergency maintenance for school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, and outdoor spaces.
- Supervise contractors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
- Review service-level agreements, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
- Maintain accurate inventories of institutional assets, furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Conduct periodic asset audits and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, occupational health and safety standards, fire safety, security, and emergency preparedness requirements.
- Assist with annual facilities maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Identify cost-effective operational solutions.
- Coordinate logistics for school events, extracurricular activities, and internal space allocation.
- Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, warranties, and utility consumption records.
- Prepare regular reports for the administration.
Technical Skills
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and facility management software.
Competencies
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational ability.
- High integrity.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Amharic and English, both written and spoken.

Haya Hulet, behind Bata Complex Building, immediately adjacent to Misrak Dil School.
Position 2: English Teacher
Educational Requirements
- MA, BA, BSc, or B.Ed in English Language and Literature.
Experience
- 0–10 years of experience.
- Senior-level teaching experience is an advantage.
Requirements
- Caring and nurturing attitude.
- Strong attention to child safety.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Relevant teaching license such as PGDT or letters of recommendation are advantageous.
