Position 1: Call Operator
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any field of study
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service orientation
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Record customer information accurately
- Provide high-quality customer support and assistance
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times

Position 2: Accountant
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a private company
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Peachtree
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in audit preparation
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or service sectors
