Position 1: Outdoor Sales Agents (100+ Openings)
Role Summary
As an Outdoor Sales Agent, you will be responsible for recruiting and registering new drivers onto the YANGO ride service platform. This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing, and persuasive individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 12th grade completed
- Ability to quickly learn and use mobile applications
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a good team player
- Positive attitude and resilience in the field

Position 2: Call Center Agents (10 Openings)
Role Summary
As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support for drivers and riders on the YANGO platform.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma in any field of study
- Fluency in Amharic and English (both required)
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
