Position: Data Collector
This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in data collection, field research, and customer engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and willingness to work in dynamic environments.
Educational Qualifications
- BA or BSc Degree in any field
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with people
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and digital systems
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Availability to work full-time with flexibility for travel
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ownership of a smartphone is required
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and interviews with retail customers
- Encourage customer participation through positive engagement
- Accurately record and manage data using digital tools such as tablets and mobile applications
- Travel to assigned locations for field data collection
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure accurate data collection and reporting

- Gross Monthly Salary: 9,000 ETB
