Position: Operations Officer – Arabic and Somali Speaker
Educational Qualification:
- BSc or BA Degree in any field of study.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and Somali (Mandatory).
- Fluency in Amharic and English is also required.
- Knowledge of Tigrigna or Afan Oromo is a strong advantage.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fast, accurate typing skills.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Innovative mindset and capability to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Gross Salary
50,000 – 55,000 Birr (depending on experience and qualifications).
