Position: Operations Officer – Somali Speaker
Educational Qualification
- BA or BSc Degree in any field of study
Experience
- 0 – 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing service environment
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative is an advantage
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Somali – Mandatory
- Fluency in Amharic & English – Mandatory
- Additional languages such as Tigrigna, Afan Oromo, or Arabic are highly preferred
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and good typing speed
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Adaptability and presence of mind in high-pressure environments
- Ability to innovate and improve procedures for productivity and cost efficiency
Job Summary
The Operations Officer is responsible for delivering efficient customer service support in a high-volume operational environment.
