Available Positions
Position 1: Resource Mobilization and Member Service Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in sales, customer service, marketing communication, or public relations

Position 2: Finance and Member Service Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in SACCOs or financial institutions
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage 50cloud / Peachtree
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and other financial standards

Position 3: Loan and Resource Mobilization Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking and Insurance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in loan processing, credit management, banking, or financial services
Key Responsibilities
- Manage compulsory and voluntary savings accounts
- Promote loan products and additional financial services
- Conduct field visits to workplaces, markets, religious institutions, and community centers
- Collect and verify membership applications and deposits
- Provide financial literacy education and promote responsible borrowing

Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Business Leadership, Management, Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting and Finance, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a Branch Manager or in leadership roles within SACCOs, microfinance institutions, or banks
