1. Position: Accountant
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in accounting, preferably in distribution, logistics, or construction materials industries.
- Experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Position: Tax Accountant
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics companies.
- Additional tax training or certification (MoR-recognized) is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Tax Laws and MoR directives.
- Proficiency in Peachtree, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of IFRS, strong analytical and reporting skills, and attention to detail.
- High integrity and confidentiality with excellent communication skills.
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Position: Sales Operation Coordinator
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years in sales coordination, logistics, or factory communication roles.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in distribution or manufacturing industries preferred.
Location: Lemi, North Shewa Zone, Amhara Region
4. Position: Supply Chain Controller
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- A Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in supply chain control, financial monitoring, or operations analysis.
- Expertise in cost control, inventory auditing, and logistics cost analysis.
- Experience in cement, construction materials, or FMCG industries is a plus.
Skills and Competence:
- Strong financial acumen, ERP proficiency, and advanced data analysis abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and performance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
